Change of Address

Demat of Shares

In view of the various advantages offered by the depository system, members are requested to avail the facility of dematerialisation of the Company's shares.

Dividend

Members are requested to inform their bank account numbers and bank branch details to the Company to enable to include these details in the dividend warrants and thus minimise the malpractices of theft of dividend warrants. Such information should be given to the Company's Registered Office immediately.

Transfer of Shares

We despatch share certificates within one month of the date of lodgment for transfer, sub-division, consolidation, renewal, exchange or endorsement of calls/allotment monies

Issue of new certificate

We despatch new certificates in replacement of those which are lost within six weeks of notification of loss and receipt of proper indemnity.
