Mr. Vithal V. Kamat - (Executive Chairman & Managing Director)
Mr. Vithal Kamat is a Hotelier by profession. He is a Diploma holder in Elect. Engg. having an experience of more than 38 years in the line of Hospitality business. He is the promoter, Executive Chairman & Managing Director of M/s Kamat Hotels (India) Ltd., a company engaged in setting up of 5 star hotels, Restaurants, Resorts, Clubs, Departmental Stores and Catering Institutions in Mumbai. He renders consultancy services for formation of restaurants not only in India but also in other countries such as Europe, USA, Japan & Singapore.


Mr. Ramesh N. Shanbhag (Whole –Time Director)
Mr. Shanbhag has been associated with the group for the past 36 years. On 30th January 1999, he was inducted into the company as a Director and effective from 29th September 2000 was appointed Whole-Time Director of the company. He is also the Director of Kamat Chain of Restaurants and Hotels and Director of other Kamats Group of Companies.




Mr. Vikram V. Kamat (Executive Director)
Mr. Kamat is a science graduate (BSc) and has completed his Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management and Technology and Applied Nutrition (IHMCTAN), Mumbai. On 22nd July, 2006, he was appointed as Director of the Company. In October, 2008, he became the Executive Director of the Company.





Mr. S. S. Thakur (Director)
Mr. Thakur has held several important positions in his long professional career in the field of banking and foreign exchange. He was the Controller of Foreign Exchange, Reserve Bank of India. For over 31 years, he served the Reserve Bank of India in different capacities. He was the Chairman of HDFC Bank for 7 years and a Senior Adviser of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). In January 1988, he joined the U. N. International Civil Service as Senior Adviser, UNDP and worked in Zambia as adviser to the Governor, Bank of Zambia for 6 years. He was inducted into the company as the Director on 28th July 2003

Mr. Ved Prakash Khurana (Director)
Mr. Khurana has over 32 years of experience in the areas of banking and finance. He has done a P.G. in Philosophy from Delhi University. On 28th September 2004, he was appointed Small Shareholders Nominee Director of the Company. In July 2007, he was inducted Director of the Company.





Mr. T. M. Mohan Nambiar (Director)
Mr. Mohan is a senior Chartered Accountant and has held several key positions in Finance. On 30th April, 2006 he was inducted as Director of the Company, He had been associated with ACC Ltd for about 27 years and held the office of Managing Director of the Company. He is Director on the Board of various reputed companies like Ion Exchange, Carborandum Universal, and Coromandal Fertilizers etc.




Mrs. Rajyalakshmi Rao (Director)
Mrs. Rao has done her MBA in Marketing and MS (Advertising) from the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign, USA, She is a Member of National Commission for Consumer Grievances Redressal, India. On 22nd January 2004, she was inducted as Director of the company.





Mr. Aswini Kumar Sahoo (Nominee Director)
On 25th August, 2010, he was appointed as nominee Director of the Company.
