Declaration of the Results of voting conducted by Postal Ballot in terms of the Notice dated 25th August, 2010.

Pursuant to Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with the Companies (Passing of the Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001, approval of the Members of the Company was sought by means of Postal Ballot vide Notice dated 25th August, 2010, for the purpose of alteration of Articles of association of the company under Section 31 of the Companies Act, 1956 and to approve entering into Agreement/ Contract between the Company and Mr. Vithal V. Kamat for payment of royalty for use of Copy Right Mark.

Based on the Scrutinizer’s Report dated 18th October, 2010, the Results of Postal Ballot were declared on Monday, 18th October, 2010 at the Registered Office of the Company, as follows:
