The day to day affairs of the hotel are looked after by Mr. Vithal Kamat, Executive Chairman & Managing Director, and Mr. K .P. Kannampilly, Wholetime Technical Director who are assisted by a team of professionals at various levels. All the members of the Board have wide years of experience and knowledge in the Hospitality Industry for the last 30 years. The other key people include the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Company Secretary, Manager -Accounts, Clubs and Vice President (Operations), Marketing, Productions and Engineering.

Mr. Sanjeev Oberoi (Vice-President - Operations)

An Achiever and a passionate hotelier by nature. He has been exposed to all the functions of a hotel and has a record of consistently meeting all deadlines. Has been in the Hotel Industry for over 22 years. Worked for Oberoi, Choice Hotels, Everest hotel, Stamford Court, etc. Overseas experience in Baghdad, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Nepal.

Mr. K.P. Das (Vice-President - Engineering & Projects)

A diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering, he has over 32 years experience in Maintenance. Worked for TIFR, Tylos Hotel, Ritz Group & The Retreat. Overseas experience in Bahrain.

Mr. Sanjay Malkani (Vice-President - F & B Production)

A Diploma in Kitchen Management from the Oberoi School of Management. Been in the F & B function for over 22 years. Worked for Oberoi & Sabco. Overseas experience in Iraq, Nepal & Muscat.

Ms. Delyse Braganza (Vice President - Sales & Marketing)

A Postgraduate in Personnel & Marketing Management, she has been working in Hotel industry for over 18 years. Was responsible for Marketing and positioning The Retreat as the most successful Conference venue in the Western region. Worked for Fariyas Group of Hotels and Raheja Group of Hotels.
